spa week
in the same spirit as restaurant week, spa week is hitting major cities. dc’s is october 17th – 23rd. $50 for various treatments at various spas. i just booked somafit fitness spa because they offer a 30 minute massage and access to a yoga or pilates class. not bad for $50 bucks.
if you have any reviews on the spas, would appreciate hearing about them. i’ve actually never been to any of them, hence proving the usefulness of spa week as a marketing tool.

I tried making an appointment at one last week and it was already booked. They offered me an appointment at full price though. What a scam.
oh that sux! do you know which one? they probably reserve like 1 time a day for the special. that’s not right…
