I always knew the day would come when I would get to see Jello Biafra do a protest concert on the National Mall. It looks like September 24th will be that day.
“Operation Ceasefire” is a massive free concert on the National Mall organized by local boys The Thievery Corporation to culminate a week of anti-war protests in DC. The concert will feature Wayne Kramer of MC5, Jello Biafra of the Dead Kennedys, Le Tigre, The Bouncing Souls, Ted Leo & the Pharmacists and many others.
