That’s right, our famously finicky pandas are now Momma Mei Xiang and Papa Tian Tian. A tiny baby panda “the size of a stick of butter” (thanks Washington Post, that line was too good NOT to use) was born at 3:41 this morning. Zookeepers are quite nervous as the Pandas are just as bad at parenthood as they are at the whole “mating and breeding” thing.
