I'm also pretty sure that the videos were pre-recorded rather than mixed live as some of them were re-edited versions of videos they used at Coachella. But with Kraftwerk who knows. One of them could very well be mixing the vids live on stage - but with their minimialist stage presence who could tell? The whole show music/video/lights/robots/glowing suits really comes together to be pretty breathtaking.
