		<description>oh i know what you mean!  what&#039;s even more ridiculous is that&#039;s a train ticket is more expensive from baltimore to ny than from dc to ny.  i&#039;m going up tuesday for work and starting in baltimore (for random reasons).  the ticket is $50 more!  i can&#039;t believe it...plus, they are charging a 10% fee for any exchanges or refunds...there are 4-5 alternatives to taking amtrak, i don&#039;t understand how they think this is being competitive...</description>
