Free (day 4) and reasonably priced brunch

On Sundays, there are free concerts at the National Gallery of Art. Whenever possible or feasible the music is chosen to coincide with the current special exhibitions in the gallery. For example, over the next few weeks the music is in honor of Toulouse-Lautrec and Montmartre. The National Gallery also offers Jazz in the Garden on Fridays during the summer in the Sculpture Garden. The winter version is Jazz on Ice which has ended for the season. Not quite free, but you have to eat anyway, is the Jazz Brunch. It’s $19.95/person and they have some terrific local jazz artists including Charles Bubeck and Thad Wilson.
