		<description>The worst part is, it&#039;s going to sting homeowners in areas that generally are lower-income. Trinidad, for example, which has the highest increase in the city, as well as Deanwood and Anacostia. I&#039;m looking at those specifically cos I know they&#039;re neighborhoods where we built Habitat homes. Sure, it sucks for the people in Spring Valley, too, but chances are, they can afford it, and then some.
