Unless you happen to be an upper level business, or GOING TO THE GAME, then really, you won't be paying higher taxes.

Do you even have the slightest idea how the baseball taxes were set up? You wouldn't have paid a cent extra.

I've taken my Econ 101, it seems to be you that is woefully uninformed.

Do your research.

What are you talking about? At least she has convictions and credibility. Obviously you've never had an Econ 101 class. I'm not hurting other area businesses and paying higher taxes so you can eat hotdogs and watch baseball! If you want a baseball stadium so bad, then why don't you help raise those private funds (BTW, it should be 100% privately funded and not just 50%) instead of poorly spending our precious public dollars. Get real. CT
