Starting today, it’s a tax-free holiday in DC [1] for 10 days. Shoppers have until the end of Sunday, Dec 5th to buy shoes, clothing and accessories for $100 or less without having to pay taxes. Then again, internet shopping is generally tax-free, and you don’t have to deal with crowds…
