The Key Blvd. (Arlington) had a wait of 2.5 hours until at least 10:30 Tues. morning--I left after 30 minutes and came back at 3:30 and then only had to wait ten minutes!

I only took 5-10 minutes. I went around 4:30, and one of the volunteers said that I'd probably just beat the crowd.

I think I may have had the shortest wait. I walked in at noon. There were tables for sections of the alphabet. My table (H-O) had no line and there were two people eagerly waiting to help me get started. Even though they told me the camera phone had to be turned off, I moblogged it anyway!
