That is probably one of my biggest pet peeves while driving and probably a contributing factor in a lot of accidents.  It kills me that people don&#039;t think to turn on their headlights when it&#039;s gray and rainy out.
Although, I was told this weekend that people with day-running lamps have to manually turn on their headlights in the rain; while they/you can see their front lights, their rear lights aren&#039;t &quot;on&quot; unless manually turned on.
