		<description>Grr.  It seems to me that people go to farmers&#039; markets precisely because it&#039;s not like shopping in some over-sterilized supermarket.  It&#039;s not like farmers&#039; market patrons have never seen how the samples are prepared... and yet they eat the samples anyway.  Why?  Because we don&#039;t give a rat&#039;s ass about soapy water, clean rinse, and sanitizing solution.
How I hate bureacracy.</description>
